Hi, I’m Hailey, the creative behind PartyPopDecorATL! I’m a Georgia peach, born and raised, and love bringing party visions to life!

What started as a fun banner for my bestie's baby's half birthday turned into a business full of color, creativity and joy!

I launched my business on my dog's birthday who is my whole world including my husband and our cat. We call them my supervisors as they love to watch me paint! Though painting banners is my speciality, my business is always growing to continue bringing party dreams to life & I can make just about anything!
