How do I place an order?

For banners, head to my "Contact" page and fill out my Banner Order Form. For all other inquiries (party favors, gifts, party planning help, etc.), please complete the Inquiry Form at the bottom of the "Contact" page.

How do I get my item?

I can do local pickups if based in Atlanta or I can ship the items to you. Shipping is not included and will vary depending on the item's size and weight. If shipped, I will send an email the second I receive a tracking number, so you can see its progress. Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, so order ahead!

How long does it take to make my item?

This will depend on what you order. I will discuss this with you when we're discussing the perfect design!

What's your refund policy?

Since the items in my shop are custom, made-to-order, I'm unable to accept returns. However, if you do have an issue with your item, please let me know! I also send confirmations to make sure it's perfect!

What if I want something specific and it's not listed on your shop?

Message me! Chances are, I can make it custom for you!
